The first person who came in mind from the quote was Vegeta. now i know it isn't likely that he has regretted what he had turned into, but we never know.. like when he explained that it wasn't his fault that he was what he was. it was because of Frieza.. *sniff, dramatic music* but anyhoo.. just been playing with the thought that Veggie-boy has fought with himself because of his coldness, evilness etc etc... and in the end he hid the feelings and tuned into a toughie! hihih.

makes him sound like a whimp when I think of it aww, no way! not our Vegeta..
